RULES AND PROCEDURES
The registration fee includes all academic activities and the snacks.
The registration fee includes a letter of participation (or certificate of participation).
Lunch and parking will be the responsibility of the participant.
For security reasons, children under the age of 16 are not allowed.
80% course attendance is required to issue the continuing education certificate
The continuing education certificate carries an additional cost as stipulated by the university and as needed by government licensing agencies; otherwise, a continuing education certification will not be issued, but rather a certificate or participation letter.
The university will not make up contact hours for the absences and / or tardies of the participants.
If the participant arrives late or leaves before the end of the activity, the contact hours will be adjusted to the time they were present (80% is required to issue a certificate).
Only a certificate of continuing education is issued, corresponding to the activity. If the participant has more than one license professional, you will need to pay for each additional certificate.
The organizers reserve the right of admission and may cancel the registration of a participant who engages in inappropriate behavior that hinders the objectives of the event.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event (especially due to causes beyond our control such as hurricanes or disasters natural).
The organizers reserve the right to postpone the date. The postponement is not a cancellation.
The money is only refunded in full if the university cancels the event.
If the day of the event the participant does not show up, he will not be entitled to a refund.
If the participant does not attend or complete all the hours of the event, no money will be refunded.
No money will be credited to other courses or educational activities.
